This isn't so hard to figure out. I don't have any secret agenda. I am a very simple man regardless of the complexity of my life and accomplishments and so let's keep it simple.
God has been very good to you..and to me. But, you have all the money and I took a vow of poverty and have nothing. I need $5,000,000.00 to buy 1,000 acres of North Carolina Mountains to build "TEEN TOWN"; a juvenile drug and abuse recovery camp for kids who deserve a second chance. I will accept the money as a loan and you can have the rights to my life story, books and movies, as collateral; or whatever financial arrangements can be made to fund TEEN TOWN.
You have made a fortune from my DEA; Harrison Ford,
Steven Segal, Michael Douglas...the list is endless
and I will wager the money was a joy.
So, everyone chips in a million bucks and we
do a movie while we are building TEEN TOWN.
We will shoot the final scene at TEEN TOWN with
the entire cast; and so the "Drug War" begins
just as I planned it so many years ago.
It begins with a dinner party. Invite all of your friends to the beach house or your yacht; or just you and I will be fine. We will get to know one another and then you can decide. I will require $3,500.00 to pay my expenses and you may
record the interview if you wish but if we do not come to a deal the
tape is mine. You haven't lived until you've sipped wine at sunset on a
California beach with an immortal Zen Master who planned the invasion of Panama.

I am going to write this book as my wife and I tour the world on a well deserved vacation. So, jump right in as soon as you have figured me out (snicker)! Here is a story that might amuse the masses.
The Drug Enforcement Agency was founded to wipe out the C.I.A. among other things but it is certainly not from any origin you might be considering. It is a love story. A 20 year old boy, a pot dealer at Indiana University, introduced an 18 year old freshman named Carol to drugs
for kicks and sex. It was all grass, ass and parties in 1971. Then one day some real dealers from Chicago showed up at Indiana University with needles and people started dying. One of the dealers decided to show Carol how to use a needle and the boy freaked and realized he might have gotten the girl killed.
He went to the Bloomington Police and solicited the help of Sgt. Charly Brown ( Bloomington's first Afro-American officer). Sgt Brown made him call the girl's father and tell him what he had done to endanger his daughter's life. The father arrived the next day and with the help of BPD officers to load up her belongings Carol promptly vanished from Indiana University.

On December the 9th, 1972 the BPD, the FBI, the Indiana State Police & The Monroe County Sheriff's Department executed the largest drug raid in history.
From Chicago to Miami war had been declared. Their leader was a 21 year old boy with an I.Q. of 250 and the son of Dr. Donovan R. Berlin, Chairman of the Department Of Defense Research & Development Board and co-founder of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States.
On February the 14th, 1973, five special agents of the Department Of Justice arrived in Bloomington Indiana
and founded The Drug Enforcement Agency of the United States in cooperation with the Holy Roman Catholic Church and a newly ordained priest; a Jesuit Exorcist.
With guns and badges piled on the floor at the feet of the boy priest the "Last Man Club" was formed. A bottle of wine (Cordon Blanc) would be blessed by their leader. The last man alive would break the seal and toast to the passing of the others.
" Today your are five. Tomorrow you will be fifty...then five hundred. You are herby commanded to deliver Manuel Noriega to the Holy Father for judgement and then to the President of the United States for trial."

A serial killer (Danny Rollins)had met Carol while she was waiting for the boy from Indiana. Her girlfriend had been recently abducted and murdered. She was targeted to be next! Then, an old love from the past showed up and Danny decided to crash the party and kill them together the night of their reunion.

The death of Danny Rollins is as tragic as his life. I had the opportunity to meet with him before he went on his rampage in Florida. Well...he tried to kill me but we had time to talk. During the interview he regressed into a child state and revealed to me the tragedy of his abusive youth.
I offered him the chance to surrender but he chose mayhem and death and it was a choice he made.
When Danny confessed to me his plans for the Gainesville murders I advised Florida, California and Federal authorities but they thought it was a joke. After the students were murdered I spent a year in prison when law enforcement convinced a judge I was his partner in the crime. I lost my entire family and the Catholic church was advised that I was a serial killer. That story is in the two links above right.
I remember the killer as a man but the spirit as a boy in torment. Go in peace to God, Daniel.
Let us remember the child within. My heart goes out to the families of his victims. There is purpose in all of God's creations.
